Technical Support Specialist
We're looking for GoBus's first line of support: the person who answers when a parent, driver, or institution needs help. You'll be the human voice behind the app, solving real problems and helping every route run smoothly.
- Handle inquiries from parents, drivers, and institutions via WhatsApp, email, and in-app chat
- Diagnose tracking, notification, payment, and account-access issues, escalating to the development team when needed
- Support the onboarding of new institutions and drivers in setting up routes and profiles
- Document recurring issues and keep the FAQ knowledge base up to date
- Monitor service status and proactively flag any disruption
- Follow each case through to resolution, watching response times and user satisfaction
