Creating your account and subscribing
Steps to sign up for GoBus and activate your plan.
Takes less than 5 minutes
You'll need an email and an active WhatsApp number
Institutional plans are activated together with our sales team
Download the app
Search for GoBus on the App Store or Google Play and install it on your phone.
Sign up with your email
Open the app, choose your profile (parent, driver or institution) and fill in your basic details. You'll get a verification code by email or WhatsApp.
Activate your plan
If you're a family, you can subscribe directly from the Plans & pricing section of the site. If you represent an institution, we first talk over WhatsApp with sales to set up routes and drivers.
